How to use English fluently?

ChatGPT에 영어를 어떻게하면 잘 사용할 수 있을지 물어보았다. 연습만이 살길이다! 라고 생각했지만, 최근에 Grit 이라는 책을 읽으면서 의식적인 연습과 목적이 더해져야 발전이 있을것 같다고 생각하였고, ChatGPT의 답변도 유사해보인다.
